Responsibilities include working with customers to determine repair priorities on projects; managing staff of engineers, project managers, and field crews; estimating and submitting bids/proposals for bridge repair projects; conducting bridge inspections; designing jacking schemes and bridge repairs. 1983 – 1998 – Manager of Engineering, Osmose Railroad Division, Madison, WI.
