E80 Plus Constructors' resume of work includes projects on Class I, Regional and Short Line Railroads throughout the United States. E80 Plus Constructors is able to provide complete bridge inspection and design, concrete, timber, and steel repairs, new construction, in-place treating, as well as a wide variety of engineering services. Providing comprehensive services allows our customers the convenience of using one source for all bridge and structure needs.

Benefit Summary The following benefits become effective on the first of the month following a waiting period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated.  These benefits are available to all regular, full-time employees working at least 32 hours per week.   Medical Insurance E80 Plus Constructors, LLC., offers medical insurance through Principal Health Insurance, including prescription drug coverage, for employees and their families.  The employee is responsible for paying 15% of the premium.  For claim filing instructions, click here. Dental Insurance E80 Plus Constructors, LLC., offers dental insurance through Companion Life Insurance for employees and their families.  The employee is responsible for paying 15% of the premium. Preventative care including exam, cleaning and x-rays is paid at 100% without a deductible.  Basic services are paid at 80% and major restorative services at 50%, after a $100 deductible.  The plan also pays 50% of orthodontic services with no deductible.  ($1,000 lifetime maximum per person for orthodontic services.) Sick Leave Employees earn five (5) day of sick leave per calendar year.   Vacation Employees earn ten (10) paid days of vacation per year.  Vacation is accrued monthly at a rate of .83 days per month and may be used as it is earned.   Holidays E80 Plus Constructors, LLC., offers nine (9) paid holidays per calendar year.
